Grupo Lobe achieves record sales of 194.8 million with more than 5,000 homes built

Grupo Lobe continues its path of growth and consolidation as a leader in sustainable construction in Spain, reaching a project portfolio valued at €1,120,000,000 , distributed across a total of 5,053 homes (2025-2029). Furthermore, this year has seen record sales for the company at €194,824,000 , reflecting market confidence in its sustainable and industrialized construction model and the value proposition it offers compared to conventional housing.

Furthermore, progress is being made on the launch of Qbik Systems , its industrial division located in Madrid and Aragon , specializing in the manufacture of industrialized components for housing construction. This facility integrates advanced industrial design, production, and logistics processes , based on a model in which components are first developed by the Product Engineering team, which defines optimized standardized solutions coordinated with the Architecture team for project development, subsequent mass production, transport, and finally, on-site assembly.

This production model applies the principles of advanced industrial manufacturing to residential construction , using processes similar to those in the automotive industry, such as specialized production lines , rigorous quality control, and high scalability. The result is more efficient , predictable, and sustainable construction, capable of meeting the growing market demand for prefabricated housing.

Also, thanks to Hube software , Grupo Lobe’s own technological platform, and the industrialization of processes such as the manufacture of stair modules, facades, installation panels , etc., the company has achieved a standardization that allows it to approach the construction of homes with the same efficiency and control as a car factory, reducing errors and optimizing time.

In this same commitment to innovation, the Aragonese company is also advancing the development of the piLar Project , recognized by the CDTI ( Center for the Development of Industrial Technology ) as one of the 38 National Strategic Projects for the period 2025-2028. PiLar is a private agentic artificial intelligence platform that integrates information from multiple sources to assist, predict, and automate critical processes throughout the entire construction cycle. Of the 5,053 homes in its portfolio for the 2025-2029 period, 620 have already been delivered in 2025 , while the remaining 4,433 are currently in various stages of development .

Of the properties in its portfolio, 1,561 are subsidized housing (VPO) , 2,302 are market-rate housing (VL), 1,190 are Build to Rent, Build to Sell (BTS), and services are provided to third parties.
