Melody shines at Eurovision despite the result and Spain sends a message for Palestine

More than 20 years on stage prove that Melody is no ordinary artist, but a true diva recognized all of Europe since she arrived in Basel, Switzerland, a few days ago to participate in the great music festival that is

After the gala, Melody expressed her pride in the performance and emphasized the value of art and music as tools of expression, although she announced that, true to her “sincerity ,” she would speak about her thoughts on the matter in the coming days.

AUSTRIA, THE BIG WINNER

Israel , in fact, came close to winning thanks to the televote , ultimately finishing in second place. The votes of the professional jury had given a greater advantage to the eventual winner of the night: Austria. Represented by countertenor JJ with the song “Wasted Love,” a fusion of opera and urban rhythms that won over the professional jury, they earned a total of 436 points.

The staging, designed by Spanish artists, stood out for its black and white aesthetic. Israel, with the ballad “New Day Will Rise” performed by Yuval Raphael , finished in second place after sweeping the televote.
