After two years of suspension due to roadworks, the legendary Canfranero is once again rolling along the tracks of the Aragonese Pyrenees. This regional train, which connects Huesca with Canfranc via Huesca, is much more than a means of transport: it’s a journey through the history, nature, and identity of Aragon. Its return has been enthusiastically received by users, local councils, and railway enthusiasts, who once again have access to one of the most beautiful routes in Spain.

With a single price of 8.80 euros from Huesca to Canfranc , this train is an economical, sustainable, and highly recommended option for short breaks, rural tourism, or simply to soak up the scenery it passes through.

IDA: CANFRANERO SCHEDULES FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

If you want to take the Canfranero train during the week and are coming from Zaragoza, a good option is to take the train to Huesca, which leaves the capital at 8:43 a.m. and arrives in Huesca at 9:51 a.m.
