Starting in July, Más Renfe loyalty program customers will enjoy improvements such as the ability to use accumulated points immediately and flexibly, and a reduced annual fee to access the Silver and Gold levels and their associated benefits, among others. The company aims to reward its frequent customers with numerous privileges and a better experience.

The main new feature for Más Renfe customers is the ability to immediately redeem their points for discount vouchers for ticket purchases. This way, Más Renfe members with points in their balance, without a minimum requirement, can redeem any points they wish (1 euro for every 10 points) in their private area for a discount voucher . This voucher will be obtained immediately and can be used to reduce the price of the ticket they wish to purchase.

Gold and Platinum members may also access the Club Lounges accompanied by their minor children, provided they travel with the member. They do not need to use the companion pass, which can be used by another adult. Renfe encourages family members to share the travel experience with their loved ones before boarding one of its trains.

Thanks to the loyalty program points that customers accumulate by purchasing tickets, they can travel for free on the many Renfe trains and destinations throughout the country. Points are assigned based on the Más Renfe program level and the ticket price. To earn points, you must register in advance on the website www.renfe.com and provide your Más Renfe number when making a purchase through any of the sales channels.

CARD LEVELS

The loyalty card levels are Más Renfe Basic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. To make it more affordable for customers to access the intermediate and higher levels and their associated benefits, the company will reduce the annual fee required to reach the Silver level, from €1,000 to €750, and the Gold level, from €3,000 to €2,000.
