A 57-year-old woman, of French nationality , has been seriously injured after suffering a fall while riding a bicycle in Camporrotuno, a town dependent on the municipality of Aínsa . She had to be treated “in situ” and extracted on a stretcher using a crane operation , and then transferred by 112 helicopter to the Miguel Servet hospital in Zaragoza .
As a consequence, the Benasque Greim , the Huesca Air Unit and a doctor from 061 had to be activated to fly over the area and town to the accident site.
