The International B Vocal A Cappella Festival will once again bring the best groups in the world in music without an instrument to the stages of the Teatro Principal from June 21 to 23. The festival reaches its sixth edition since its first event in 2017, growing in interest and with international participation.

Once again, the festival’s collaboration with other international festivals stands out, such as the Levante A Cappella Festival (Bari, Italy), the VIVAVOCE International a Cappella Festival (Treviso, Italy) and the incorporation this year of the Vocally A Cappella Festival (Fossano, Italy).

On Friday, June 21, the festival will open with the international contribution of this edition, Rebel Bit (Italy). An innovative team of musicians, united with the goal of creating a soundscape that combines vocal music and electronic experimentation. Rebel Bit will be preceded by Plenum , a recently created choral group made up of people with extensive choral experience and a solid musical background.

On Saturday, June 22, the Canario group Vocal Siete will attend this event , which will bring their show VS Radio with which they will turn the stage into a radio set where guests will pass, contests, calls from listeners… Vocal Siete sponsors LP A Cappella Festival held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It will be the Amici Musicae White Voices Choir of the Zaragoza Auditorium , conducted by its main director, Isabel Solano, who will precede the Canarian septet.

On Sunday, June 23, B Vocal will close the Festival with a selection of the best of its 29 years of experience. Before their performance, Choripán, a beatbox duo from Zaragoza formed by Gako and Juano, who, despite their youth, are current champions of Spain and runners-up in the world of beatbox in pairs, will take the stage. A commitment to innovate in the wide universe of a cappella music.

With this festival, B Vocal is committed “to continuity in projects that favor the dissemination of culture as a vehicle for understanding and deepening human development, and the expansion of relationships between a cappella groups, creating fundamental synergies for the strengthening and development of this market that has so many possibilities”.

“This festival is an event where you can discover and enjoy all the possibilities offered by the most perfect instrument, the voice, and for this 6th edition we wanted to combine 3 a cappella groups with a long international artistic career with as many local groups that will each introduce of the concerts”, they say from the formation. Furthermore, they add, that this event “places Zaragoza and Aragon in the international musical context , thus joining several European cities where festivals of this type are already held, such as Vienna, London or Stockholm.”
