The Aragonese Tourism Fair or Aratur opened its doors this Friday at the Zaragoza Congress Palace, as a reference event to explore the latest offers and trends in the sector . This 18th edition has 80 stands, where more than 100 national destinations such as Andalusia and international destinations such as Cuba offer their greatest attractions, their gastronomy and their most attractive plans. In addition, more than a hundred activities have been scheduled until Sunday, May 26.
For the holidays, Aratur is presented as an unbeatable opportunity to get to know the tourist offer. Designing a dream trip along Cuba’s paradisiacal beaches and discovering its nature, planning a tour through Andalusia to visit iconic monuments such as the Alhambra or the Mosque of Córdoba or delving into the mystery of the Quinto mummies are just some of the options.
Gastronomy is not far behind, and at the stands you will be able to taste typical products such as paella, fideuá or meat meloso from the Valencian Community, ham from Teruel, cheeses or anchovies from Santoña and fuet from Vic and tastings of wines from the four Aragonese DOs and Cuban mojitos.
In addition, there will be numerous complementary activities such as experiencing a flight simulation, various showcookings, presentations and round tables, parades and raffles , such as a trip to Grancanaria of 4 days and 3 nights for two people. The little ones also have their space, where they can carry out workshops of all kinds.
Aratur will be open on Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Admission is free for all visitors with prior registration.
