Almost 40,000 people have travelled on one of the 495 international connections that Zaragoza Airport has had in the month of July. Likewise, Zaragoza Airport has registered 13,028 tons of merchandise during the month of July, which represents an increase of 49.4% compared to the same month last year, although this time it was surpassed by Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport .
In the first seven months of the year, freight traffic reached more than 91,578 tonnes , which is 45% more than in the same period last year. The number of operations stood at 5,757 between January and July, which represents an increase of 4.1% compared to the previous year.
