Migas , lamb and borage are the stars of traditional Aragonese cuisine. However, the autonomous community hides a wide variety of dishes that are not so well known, but that surprise with their flavour and uniqueness. In this way, good eating and exploring Aragonese tradition come together in Bodem Bodegas’ new campaign “Con mucha miga”, an initiative that seeks to pay tribute to typical Aragonese cuisine.

This campaign offers Zaragozans and visitors, from October 1 to 31, the opportunity to remember their Aragonese roots through a gastronomic route through the most emblematic establishments in Zaragoza. In them, they will be able to discover the authentic flavors of the community, reinterpreted with a contemporary vision and accompanied by Las Margas wine.

Each participant will receive a gastronomic passport, a document that must be stamped in six of the 41 establishments that are part of the campaign. These establishments have been carefully selected for their commitment to Aragonese cuisine, where respect for tradition is combined with an innovative approach.

By completing the passport with the six stamps, participants will enter the draw for different prizes from Bodem Bodegas and Las Margas. This culinary journey not only allows them to savour the richness of Aragon’s gastronomy, but also to celebrate the cultural heritage of Aragon, paired with wines that reflect the essence of our land.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in “Con mucha miga” you only have to go to one of the 41 Zaragoza establishments participating in the gastronomic route, which you can find on the Bodem Bodegas website, and try the tapa or menu chosen by the restaurants for the event, accompanied by Las Margas wine. After trying the proposal, you must request the seal from the establishment.

Once you have completed the passport, with its six corresponding stamps, you will have to write your details on the back and drop it off at one of the following establishments: Vinario (C. de la Reina Fabiola, 3); Bodegas Lozano Torres (C. de Sobrarbe, 16); La Alacena de Aragón (C. de Don Jaime I, 16); and Bodegas El Pilar (Pº de Fernando el Católico, 50 or C. de María Lostal, 3).

The “Con mucha miga” campaign by Bodem Bodegas is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the rich and varied Aragonese gastronomy, winning awards and celebrating both its traditional dishes and its contemporary innovation.
