New developments in the opening of the second Primark store in Zaragoza. The arrival of the firm at the GranCasa shopping centre continues to generate excitement, as users have recently been able to see new signage announcing that the store’s next opening is close.
The new store of the Irish firm, located on the second floor of the centre, occupies the former premises of H&M and Tous, which are making progress with preparations to open the establishment. Although Primark has not officially announced the opening date, the new store is expected to open during the first months of 2025.

The opening of Primark follows recent changes in the commercial offer of GranCasa, which in recent months has seen the closure of stores such as Zara and H&M . With this addition, the centre seeks to revitalise its appeal to customers, consolidating itself as one of the commercial references in Zaragoza.
This will be the second Primark store in the community, after the closure of its store in the Plaza Imperial shopping centre in 2014 and the emblematic store in Puerto Venecia. The brand, which has a solid track record in the Spanish market, will reach 67 stores in the country with this opening.
