Binter Airlines has announced that it will strengthen its route between Zaragoza and Tenerife North with the addition of two new weekly flights starting next July. These additional flights will operate on Mondays and Thursdays, in addition to those already operating on Fridays and Sundays, bringing the total to eight weekly connections between Aragon and the Canary Islands.
The new Monday flight will depart from Zaragoza to Tenerife at 7:40 p.m., while on Thursdays the departure will be at 3:05 p.m. With this extension, the Tenerife route will be offered four days a week, as will the existing connection to Gran Canaria, which also operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Thanks to this reinforcement, the Zaragoza-Canary Islands corridor will have more than 90,000 seats by 2025, representing a 60% increase compared to the previous year. This improvement is part of Binter’s commitment to strengthening regional air connectivity in Spain, especially at secondary airports, where it has contributed more than 40% of the net growth in seat availability since 2019, according to Aena data.
