Binter has added a new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft to its fleet, named after Zaragoza, in recognition of the connections the airline has maintained with the Aragonese capital since 2019. With this addition, the Canary Islands-based airline continues to expand its modern and efficient fleet , which now totals 42 aircraft. The new, state-of-the-art aircraft promises to improve the passenger experience thanks to its comfortable and quiet design.
The Embraer E195-E2 aircraft is known for its efficiency, low noise level, and comfortable interior spaces. With a 2+2 configuration, with no middle seat, passengers will enjoy greater comfort, especially on long journeys. Additionally, the aircraft has an overhead compartment adapted to store each passenger’s carry-on baggage , facilitating boarding and improving the flight experience.
Reinforcement of routes between Zaragoza and the Canary Islands
The addition of the “Zaragoza” aircraft strengthens the direct connections Binter offers between Zaragoza Airport and the main airports in the Canary Islands, such as Gran Canaria and Tenerife. The airline, which has grown in recent years, continues to focus on modernizing its fleet, consolidating its position as an attractive option for passengers traveling between the peninsula and the islands.
As part of its promotional and loyalty strategy, Binter will also be present at the Aragonese Tourism Fair (Aratur 2025), which will be held at the Zaragoza Conference Center from May 16 to 18.
