An English man had to be rescued last Sunday, September 15, after having suffered an accident in the area of the Ródeno pine forests, in Albarracín. When he was intervened by the Greim of Mora de Rubielos and a Citizen Security patrol, the injured man had a fractured ankle, which forced him to be transferred to the nearest hospital, in Teruel.
The mountain accident happened at around 5.15pm last Sunday, when a call from 112 reported an accident suffered by a 29-year-old English climber in the area of the Ródeno pine forests, in the municipality of Albarracín in Teruel. The Greim of Mora de Rubielos intervened, which had to be assisted by a Citizen Security patrol.
At the scene of the incident, it was observed that the injured person had suffered an open ankle fracture. The officers proceeded to give him the necessary aid until the arrival of the helicopter and a doctor from 112, who transferred the injured person to the Obispo Polanco hospital in Teruel.
