It is usual at this time of year for the Aragonese roads to be filled with visitors to the mountain areas of Aragon. Due to this situation, the Government of Aragon has announced, once again, the closure of the A-135 road, from kilometer 4,800 to kilometer 10, in the town of Torla, without an upcoming opening date . The measure has been taken due to the excess capacity present in the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park .
During the closure period, access to the Ordesa Valley will be restricted to private vehicles, in order to ensure the conservation of the natural environment. However, nature lovers will have the option of enjoying the landscape, as they will be able to access the valley on foot via the Turieto trail.
To facilitate the mobility of visitors, a bus service is scheduled from the town of Torla on the following dates: October: 11, 12 and 13 – 18, 19 and 20 – 25, 26 and 27; and November: 1, 2 and 3.
